When creating a new appointment through the admin dashboard, you might encounter the following error: “Error: Email Address has to be unique”

This error occurs when you’re trying to create a new customer using an email address that already exists in your system. Since each email must be unique, the system prevents duplicate entries.

How to Fix It

Instead of creating a new customer:

1) Click on the Find option next to the customer field.

2) Search for the existing email address in the search box.

3) Once you find the existing customer account, select it.

4) Proceed to create the appointment using the existing profile.

This will ensure the system reuses the existing customer record without any conflict.
